            There is value in friendship. There is validity in it. No one can tell you the truth like someone that cares enough to care.

            It’s countless, how many people are out there. They walk by, drive by, live whole lives mere feet away, but whole universes apart.

            But there’s value in friendship. For when heads fall low and the walk becomes too arduous, when it’s all too mundane and life is one more prosaic day stacked on the next.

            Cling fast, brothers and sisters. It’s no secret that the warm embrace or the reasoned rebuke from another that has investment in the outcome might save us.

            There is value. There is validity. Cling fast, brothers and sisters.
